Bienvenid@s! Formerly known as Raza Weekend, the aim of Latinx Admit Weekend is to provide an empowering space for prospective Latinx bruins. We aim to foster a community of support and friendship through a weekend filled with cultural performances, guest speakers, networking, workshops, and familia-building activities. Ultimately, we hope to provide students with the knowledge, resources, and community to thrive as students of color at UCLA.

The journey through higher education is one traversed not only by the student but their familias as well. For this reason, Latinx Admit Weekend also strives to support the familias of prospective bruins by providing informative workshops and resources.

Due to the recent events surrounding COVID-19, the 21st annual Latinx Admit Weekend was a one-day virtual experience rather than an in-person event. The virtual event consisted of a keynote speaker, various panels, workshops, and free swag from yours truly! The event will took place on April 18, 2020. In case you missed it, we have posted recordings and resources of the event on the "Programs" tab!
